The Full Story
About
I did not come to this work in a straight line. I came to it through my own healing, through shame and hard seasons and the long work of learning I was enough. I spent years watching how systems treat people, and somewhere in there I realized I wanted to sit closer to the healing itself. So I went back for my MSW, and now I write, speak, facilitate, and train as a clinician while working toward full licensure. I am an author, a mother, and someone still in my own becoming. Healing, still human.

Mission
I help people do the real work of healing without losing themselves in the process. I know this work from the inside. I have done my own becoming, the messy, imperfect, lifelong kind, and it taught me one thing: you can be actively growing and still be human, still be tender, still be worthy of care. That belief is the heart of everything I write, speak, and build. Here we get curious instead of critical, and we make room for all of it.
Vision
I am building something bigger than one book or one practice. My vision is a home for healing, empowerment, growth, and purpose: books that meet people in the hard places, programs like S.H.I.N.E. that pour into the next generation, and one day, spaces where people feel seen, heard, and held. This is only the beginning.
